What is Bitusheet XL Membrane?
BITUSHEET XL Waterproofing Membrane consists of a self-bonding rubber bitumen compound, which is covered on one side with a tough multi-ply, cross laminated polyethylene sheet and protected on the other side by a siliconised release paper. The release paper is removed prior to installation onto a primed concrete surface.
Resistant to contaminated ground water, aggressive soils and dilute acids and alkalis. BITUSHEET XL Membrane provides resistance to the passage of Radon and Carbon Dioxide gases better than the standard membrane requirements in BRE Reports 211 and 212.
